Resolve its four surfaces and POST the normalized answers to /api/agent/verify.
A successful response returns a deterministic observer receipt whose evidence can be independently hashed.
The receipt has no financial value, grants no ownership rights, and does not imply belief.
The current A2A-style discovery card honestly declares HAETOTB/1.0 as a custom binding rather than claiming support for unrelated task operations.

The planned Observer Signal is a one-per-wallet, non-transferable NFT on Base.
It is commemorative and has no financial value, resale function, ownership rights, refund rights, or support entitlement.
Payment is not required to claim it. Contributors and non-paying observers receive the same artifact.
The canonical site will publish the contract address only after deployment and verification.
